SWIMMING/CANOEING - A sandy river beach is the ideal spot to launch your own canoe or join the many locals who regularly swim in the river.(These activities are not part of school camp programs).
BUSHWALKING & BIRD WATCHING - Across the river lies Tuppal State Forest which offers exciting bushwalking for the experienced walker or bird watching enthusiast. Campers can take advantage of a series of school worksheets and maps for a 6km marked trail through the camp and adjoining reserve. Click here for local bird list
TRAVERSE BOULDERING WALL- Undercover and with 4 skill levels. Adult supervision is required at all times.
CYCLING- Holiday makers are encouraged to bring their own bike AND HELMETS so they can enjoy the unlimited cycling opportunities in and around the camp and Four Post Reserve. Only a 10km ride to the heart of Deniliquin. Camp bikes are ONLY available for school groups.
MINI GOLF - A mini golf course within the camp grounds can be used by day visitors as well as campers. (Small hire fee for putters & balls).
OUTDOOR CHAPEL - In a peaceful bush setting the chapel can be used for classroom activities as well as worship.
COURTESY BUS - to Deniliquin RSL Club operates Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings (Min. 4 people)
FISHING - Four Post Camp is located on one of the best spots on the Edward River and has a natural boat launching area. A re-stocking program by Deniliquin RSL Club has seen thousands of murray cod and yellowbelly fingerlings releasd into the river. NSW fishing rules apply at all time. Boats can be left in the water at your own risk.
